Making Ghosts

Tonight we made ghosts out of tissues. I made some of these when I was little and We found them at my parents house. Xavier LOVED making them!!! I think he went a little overboard. :)

Roman can press the piano now and make it light up!

Jack-o-Lanterns

We made jack-o-lanterns... Ok, well Daddy made them and we watched. Xavier wanted a kitty cat bat. Roman got a classic jack-o-lantern face for his first Halloween.
Xavier wanted to color his pumpkin with marker first.

Xavier isn't a fan of pumpkin guts.

Batman with the finished pumpkins. Creepy real kitty cat at the door in the background.

Xavier School - Fall Festival

This past week at Xavier's school the theme was Fall Festival, letter H, orange, octagon and 8. He also didn't have school on Friday since it was Fall Break. We went to a Halloween party with our playgroup friends. Xavier went in his Batman costume and Roman was Winnie the Pooh.
Matching the pattern.
A pressed leaf.
A leaf made with a plate.

Xavier had a costume party at school and got a green pumpkin painted on his cheek. Green is his favorite color. His friend Joseph was Batman too!

Thistleberry Farms

We spent this past weekend up in Plymouth. Dustin had a migraine on Sunday but we had a lot of fun on Saturday. We went up to South Bend to Thistleberry Farms. Normally we go to a pumpkin patch in Noblesville but we hadn't had time to get there so decided to go up in northern Indiana. We brought Grandma with us!! It was pretty cold that day and was even raining a little bit but we bundled up.
Petting a pygmie goat. They also had a llama, horse, ducks and goats.
They had a water pump game with rubber ducks.
Bouncy horses that needed more air.
This was Xavier's favorite - a tube slide! He went on it 10 times!

The boys in the sign.

As we were leaving there was a bright rainbow! Way cool!
